Safety regulations:

- always wear a helmet

- your bike has to be fully operational and no damage.

- MTB license required. (Availeble at multiple bike stores in the neighbourhoodded towns. Price of a licence is €7,50) A license is valid for a calendar year.

At the start is ther a waiting time for departure on the track of 3 minutes. Pleas wait that time for the safety regulations
